New to CORE?
Welcome! Each agency submitting data to King County using CORE needs to have at least one CORE Account Coordinator who is responsible for creating and managing additional CORE accounts for staff within their agency.
Account Coordinators
To request a CORE Account Coordinator account for your agency, select "Request Coordinator Account", complete the form and email it to us. We will create your account and contact you with additional login instructions.
Provider Agency Workers
If you work at an agency and need an account to be able to submit and/or view data, please contact your agency’s CORE Account Coordinator to request a Provider Agency Worker account. If you are unsure who your agency’s CORE Account Coordinator is, send us an email by selecting “Find My Account Coordinator” and we will send you your agency’s CORE Account Coordinator’s contact information.
