Request Coordinator Account or Find My Account Coordinator

Two types of accounts exist for CORE users: Account Coordinators and Provider Agency Workers. Each agency must have at least one Account Coordinator.

To find out who your Account Coordinator is, email and tell us your agency’s name.

If you already know who your Account Coordinator is and you need a Provider Agency Worker account, please request an account from them.
