Two types of accounts exist for CORE users: Account Coordinators and Provider Agency Workers. Each agency must have at least one Account Coordinator.
To find out who your Account Coordinator is, email core@kingcounty.gov and tell us your agency’s name.
If you already know who your Account Coordinator is and you need a Provider Agency Worker account, please request an account from them.
If you know you need to be added as an Account Coordinator, please complete this form and return it to core@kingcounty.gov.
If you previously have been successful in logging into CORE, but now are having difficulty, follow these instructions to reset your password.
If resetting your password does not resolve your issues OR if this is your first time logging in and you are encountering issues, email core@kingcounty.gov.
